So balance our diets nutritionally

Mom and Dad you’ve gotta show us just what to eat
Set a good example eating healthy treats
Apple, grapes, bananas and carrot sticks
Can become the family favorites of our snacking picks
They say that you are what you eat
So skip fatty chips and sugary sweets
Instead give us raisins not a candy bar
To have lean and healthy bodies that will take us far
