But whereas Kill-Esther-Ol follows in her father's footsteps, clogging arteries with cholesterol deposits that hurt heart health, Cool-Esther-Ol has a positive, beneficial impact on the heart and the arteries.

Though Cool-Esther-Ol is a little introverted and shy, she wants to be included in the SuperKids team and works hard to earn their trust, especially that of Bam-Nana, on whom she has a minor crush. Cool-Esther-Ol thrives on exercise and a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, whereas her sister draws strength from foods high in saturated and trans fats.
