Lemons
Types
There are three main types of lemons acidic, rough, and sweet.

*Lemon
The most common are the acidic lemons they’re really sour! These are the type you find in the supermarket.
Eureka acidic lemons have seeds and a short neck. Lisbon acidic lemons usually don’t have seeds and have a smoother skin than the Eureka. Both are very juicy!

**Rough Lemon
The second type of lemon is the rough lemon. This lemon is named because of all the bumps on its skin.
Can you pick out which lemon is the rough one? If you the one all the way on the right, you’re correct!!

***Meyer Lemon
The sweet Meyer lemon was discovered by Frank N. Meyer in 1908.
This lemon is much sweeter than a regular lemon, so people think it’s a cross between a lemon and an orange. But because this lemon is not commercially grown, its much harder to find than an acidic lemon.
